Our main purposes were to educate individuals with spiritual principles and lifestyle implements to make coherent choices regarding their health and to be able to assist their major health issues in improving from any destructive condition. Our client experiences have demonstrated that after adjusting their lifestyle regime and performing the nutritional assessment, they were able to influence their unhealthy habits and reverse chronic ailments. With this change, they can help prevent cardiovascular disease, reverse cancer, lose weight, and correct many common illnesses with great heart, love, and compassion. About Me
I am an Integrative Medicine clinician and certified in various holistic practices such as Clinical Nutritionist, Functional Medicine Practitioner©, Toxicity and Detox Specialist, Integrative Nutritionist for Mental Health Disorders, Diabetes Type 2, Cognitive Decline and Alzheimer’s, PTSD, Complex Trauma, and Traumatic Brain Injury, and Health Nutrition and Spiritual Life Coach. In addition to these certifications, I am a Doctor of Naturopathy; I have a Master’s in Herbalism, and a PhD in Holistic Medicine. Where I trained in Holistic Medicine from Functional Medicine University, Maryland University of Integrative Health, Integrative Psychiatry Institute, Natural Healing College, Dr. Leslie Korn Integrative Medicine with Heart, and International Institute of Original Medicine.
My journey into the world of integrative medicine was extremely distinctive and began in 2000. I was suffering from multiple chronic diseases: allergies, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, hypertension, heart attack, and gastrointestinal disorders. At that time, I was seen by several medical doctors who unfortunately were unable to cure my condition and only masked the symptoms by administering different drugs. After facing these health challenges, I decided to take control of my health through preventive medicine and became aware of the importance of embracing healthy lifestyle factors- superfoods which are full of high nutrients and are the best disease defenders, vitamins and minerals, proper exercise, weight control, healthy diet, fruits, and vegetables, how to handle stress, control emotion, and blood and liver detox, etc.)
After a couple of months, with the grace of our Creator, I could eradicate my chronic health conditions and apply everything that I learned to my life. After this transformation, I was so amazed and decided to go to university to learn more and share my knowledge with people who want to take control of their health.

Over the past 15 years, I have experience with whole food nutrition, herbal nutrition, functional lab work, and hormone testing. I specialize in Integrative Medicine & Nutrition for Chronic Health Issues, Cancer, Diabetes, PTSD, Complex Trauma, and digestive and endocrine disorders.
I have dedicated my life to helping others find emotional, physical, and spiritual equilibrium. We understand that dealing with stress, negative emotions, family issues, and chronic diseases needs an experienced coach to identify these triggers and help reverse them. I also have an empathetic ear and a great passion for listening to every client and developing different methods to get them to reach their goals.
